Adaptation of the Three Companies: Integrate and adapt the three companies of the RPM Group to the standardized processes of the Godó Group, which included:

Analytical Allocation Integration: Unify the analytical allocation objects in SAP ECC.

Unification of Customers and Suppliers: Consolidate the customer and supplier database for more efficient management.

Fixed Asset Management and Logistics: Optimize fixed asset management and logistics operations within the new integrated system.

Management of accounting entries: Consolidate large volumes of accounting entries efficiently and without interruptions.

MS DYNAMICS Integration: Achieve seamless integration between RPM Group’s MS DYNAMICS ERP and SAP ECC to ensure continuity of financial and logistical processes.

Third Party Integrations: Ensure proper integration with key external systems such as:

Tickelia: Management of expense notes.

RockTheSport: Integration for event and race management.

Efficient Roll Out: Incorporate the financial and administrative operations of the three RPM Group companies into Grupo Godó’s SAP ECC corporate systems.

Process Integration: Implement a robust integration between SAP ECC and MS DYNAMICS to ensure the continuity of financial and logistical processes without interruptions.

Operational Stability: Maintain uninterrupted operability during and after the project, minimizing the impact on daily operations.

SAP ECC: Central system for financial management (FI), controlling (CO), purchasing (MM), sales and distribution (SD).

MS DYNAMICS: Financial and logistics system of RPM Group, which was integrated with SAP ECC.

ABAP: Custom development to customize and integrate the systems according to the specific needs of the project.

External Systems: Tickelia and RockTheSport, integrated as key tools for expense and event note management.

Process Adaptation: An integration process was designed that allowed RPM companies to maintain their usual operations, but with centralized control from SAP ECC, minimizing change management.

Multidisciplinary Team: A team specialized in Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Purchasing (MM), Sales (SD) and ABAP developers worked in coordination to ensure the success of the project.

Consistent integration: Solutions were implemented to enable seamless integration between SAP ECC and MS DYNAMICS, ensuring that the finance and logistics areas functioned consistently between the two systems.

Third Party Coordination: Successfully managed integrations with Tickelia and RockTheSport, ensuring that these applications communicated seamlessly with SAP ECC.

Consistent Integration: The operations area of the RPM companies was able to continue working in the same way, while the information was controlled from SAP ECC, minimizing the impact on daily operations.

Deadline Compliance: The Roll Out was completed on schedule, meeting the tight project schedule.

Operational Stability: System start-up was carried out without operational interruptions, thanks to constant coordination, detailed checks and the team’s ability to adapt.

This project allowed Grupo Godó to consolidate Grupo RPM’s operations within SAP ECC, optimizing financial and logistics management, and ensuring stable and efficient operations for the future.
